The Problem

When Teah & Kylie approached us about a rebrand, their fitness studio was amidst the tumult of the 2020 COVID-19 shutdowns. With an outdated brand, lackluster building and the ever-changing social-distance guidelines, they were struggling to get people through the door. It was do or die for their business. They had lost a huge contingency of their members, they had lost their message, and they had lost hope in their existing brand. They needed an overhaul; a statement to the city of Asheville that they were the premiere fitness studio in town, and they weren’t going anywhere. 

The Solution

Collectively, we all decided that the brand needed to be stripped to the studs, creating room for a new name, new visual identity, and a new message, elevating their brand to compete on a national level. Once the rebrand was complete, the next step was to help SoR configure the pricing structure to maximize conversions, overhaul their website, build a digital sales funnel and create ad campaigns to highlight awareness and social proof through multiple touch points including Facebook, YouTube, Google Search and Banner Ads. 

The Results

The results? Exactly what we were hoping for…more people through the door, plain and simple. Our goal was to increase their monthly membership to give them a consistent income base and at the end of five months they were experiencing over 250% increased monthly revenue. Our ad campaigns introduced the new brand to Asheville and nearly tripled their monthly website traffic. Through our strategic funnel our conversion rates on new customer leads were 2x the industry standard and their revenue increased proportionately to the new website traffic.  We couldn’t be more thrilled to help introduce this incredible studio to an audience we knew would love every bit of it!
