The Problem
Ashbrook Aesthetics is a locally owned award-winning Aesthetics clinic and Medi-Spa located in Vancouver, WA. Fifo began working with Ashbrook Aesthetics just before the great turn of 2020 occurred. The problem quickly became: how does a luxury brand remain relevant and affordable during a global pandemic when people’s disposable income has all but vanished?
The Solution
The first step was for Fifo to take care of Ashbrook’s own aesthetic by rebranding it from top to bottom in order to expand their demographic and solidify their brand. During 2020’s initial lockdown, Fifo launched an ad campaign entitled, “When This Is Over” so that Ashbrook Aesthetics was the first brand on people’s minds when the lockdowns were lifted. Empathy driven email campaigns let people know Ashbrook Aesthetics was in this with them and Fifo crafted a Giving Campaign in Q4 so that client’s decision to care for themselves would also be seen as a way to help others.
The Results
Through the rebrand, strategic advertising, email campaigns, and geo-targeted remarketing, Fifo was able to help Ashbrook Aesthetics grow their audience awareness in their local area, increase revenue, and strengthen brand trust during a difficult time.
