Having seen multiple iterations in multiple seasons, Brinkmann’s Wine & Spirits had been clinging to an outdated aesthetic and a visual identity that had been lost in the shuffle. One of Fifo’s favorite type of client is one that represents an industry that pays little or no attention to messaging, branding and platform. Why? Because these are poised to be industry leaders.
The Solution
Brinkmann’s has stood head and shoulders above the competition for years, not necessarily in outward appearance, but in ethos and mission—to educate you on the vast and expansive world of alcohol. This value is at the core of who they are, making its way to their day-to-day protocol and customer interaction. They firmly believe in a “try-before-you-buy” methodology, allowing customers to sample a wide array of beverages in order to boost the customer’s confidence in their purchase. We wanted to bring this to the forefront of their brand, creating a tagline that screams Brinkmann’s ethos all the while elevating their visual identity to match the level of excellence they pursue in every area of their business.
The Results
A comprehensive overhaul of Brinkmann’s visual identity and brand messaging. Fifo started from the core values of the company and worked its way up, implementing an updated logo treatment, brand new website, and an ethos video to be used as a piece of evergreen marketing material. The overall rebrand helped solidify Brinkmann’s presence within the Brentwood community as the premier boutique beverage shop with the most experienced staff around.
