MedCare Mobile stood on the precipice of shifting the way our nation thought about hospital visits by bringing the urgent care into the comfort of the consumer’s home. The brand needed to exude professionalism and trustworthiness while still being approachable and comfortable. Not to mention, we needed to attract a brand new audience unfamiliar with the concept at the exact moment in time they had a felt need for MedCare Mobile’s amazing list of services…all in 8 weeks.

The Solution

Fifo spent weeks creating an audience avatar to design a brand and advertising campaign around. With a particular person in mind, the brand took shape all focused on putting the consumer at ease while offering them the comfort they never knew they always wanted. After the brand was solidified, Fifo constructed a marketing funnel and launched an 8-week campaign to simply raise brand awareness; to introduce its target audience with the concept that there is a more convenient and affordable option for medical care, one that offers everything an urgent care can—and so much more.

Early Results

Phase 1 of the campaign was a huge success. With a specific regional focus, the sample size wasn’t huge, but the metrics were impressive, with over 6k unique visitors to the website, over 315k impressions and the first retargeting Phase 2 campaign launched with a wildly impressive $0.05 cost per click—and guess what? It’s holding. The retargeting is proving that the market is interested and curious and primed to act. As Phase 2 is rolled out, the focus will be on strategic offers to engage the audience.
